This process is important as it allows qualified health professionals to participate in a program that strengthens healthcare services nationwide. Registration is being conducted online through official digital platforms provided by Minsa, ensuring secure and organized access for all applicants.

Applicants can register according to the initial letter of their paternal surname between March 27 and April 10. The schedule is divided as follows: A–C from March 27 to March 29; D–L from March 30 to April 1; M–Q from April 2 to April 4; R–Z from April 5 to April 7; and latecomers can register from April 8 to April 10. The registration link is https://encaps.minsa.gob.pe/login/.

Twelve professional health careers are included in this process: medical doctors, dental surgeons, nurses, midwives, pharmaceutical chemists, nutritionists, medical technologists (in clinical laboratory and pathological anatomy, radiology, physical therapy and rehabilitation, optometry, speech therapy, occupational therapy), social workers, biologists, psychologists, veterinary doctors and sanitary engineers.

The only requirements for participating in the Serums evaluation are having a professional degree registered with the National Registry of Degrees and Titles of Sunedu and possessing either a National Identity Document or Foreigner’s Card.

“El Ministerio de Salud reafirma su compromiso de desarrollar procesos transparentes y accesibles, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del recurso humano en salud en beneficio del país,” said the ministry.
