The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation announced on Apr. 28 that the National Superintendency of State Assets will organize the III Macrorregional Conference titled “Regulatory Framework and Competencies in the Management of State-Owned Properties” at the Aula Magna of the National University of Cajamarca on May 6 and 7.
The event aims to strengthen the skills of those managing state-owned properties to ensure efficient and secure administration. The conference will provide updates and reinforce knowledge about regulations within Peru’s National System for State Assets.
According to organizers, participation is open to officials, civil servants, professionals, technical staff under any labor regime, as well as interns from regional and local governments or other public entities involved in property management. “Desde el sector impulsamos espacios de capacitación que permitan a los funcionarios contar con herramientas actualizadas para una administración eficiente, transparente y segura de los predios del Estado,” said representatives from the Ministry of Housing.
Those interested must be accredited by their institution through an official letter or email before registering online by May 3. The Superintendency acts as Peru’s regulatory authority for state assets with oversight over acquisition, disposition, administration, and registration processes while also providing training to improve property management among public entities.
